I am a Karate do teacher from Asturias, Spain and have been exercising my profession since 1985. I have just published a book which I would like to bring to the public’s attention. This work constitutes a practical manual in encyclopedic format which will greatly facilitate the preparation of your classes.

This work is comprised of a tome of 500, A-4 pages. It has some 4,300 colour diagrams and is published in Spanish and English. It deals with work which takes the Heian kata as its starting point and which has a specific methodology and concrete objectives which it uses to create a training method. Furthermore, it is well presented and printed on high-quality paper.
